Every GSpa is portable and totally self-contained, with no special plumbing or drainage needed. All that’s required is flat, level surface, such as a patio or deck, which can support.

Whenever a construction permit is issued for a new spa at a private single family dome, it shall be equipped with the following safety features.

Service Access:Install tile or custom wood around their spas.

Access to Circuit Breakers:For service purposes, allow easy access to the circuit breakers in the electrical service panel or to the interrupter switch on the end of the power

Electrical Safety Requirements:

The installation must be in accordance with national and local wiring rules. Always have a licensed Electrician perform the electrical installation.

Safety Barrier:


The pool shall be isolated from the home by a barrier.

Water and electricity requirement:

1.Overhead Wire Clearance: Electrical service conductors and other open overhead wiring cannot cross over spas within 10 feet horizontally

2.Underground Electric: Electrical conduit may be plastic PVC, above ground conduit shall be plastic PVC All electrical boxes must be approved weatherproof outdoor type boxes.

3.Permanent grounding: All ground wires shall be properly connected to junction boxes, Motors andheaters ,lightings are to be hooked up along with being properly grounded, bonded and accessible.

4.Drainage : All spas shall dispose of swimming pool waste water into a trap connected to the house sewer by solid PVC piping.
